Grand Valley Lakes holds annual meeting of members
Grand Valley Lakes held its annual meeting of members on April18. The agenda was somewhat abbreviated this year in comparison to past years. This was primarily due to the fact there were no proposed changes to the community’s covenants, which would have required member discussion and vote.
Only two items were brought before the board. Robert McNinch has been spearheading the drive to place a plaque at the marina in memory of Terry Hickerson. The project has been approved. McNinch explained to the assembly the cost of the plaque was being covered by financial gifts from residents. At this time, the fund is not adequate to completely cover the amount needed and he asked those interested to donate.
