Tigner Retires After 30 Years

Bolivar Hardeman County Library Director Janette Tigner checked out of her life at the library and checked in to retirement on June 30, after 30 years of library service.  Tigner worked with many programs over the years including summer reading programs, assisting school curriculums, and assisting in introducing technology to the library. “Our first computer for the library was purchased through a literacy grant and it took up almost an entire table – just for one computer.
