Rubye Mae McTizic was born on April 15, 1920, the fourth child born to Wade and Roxie Cheshier in Hardeman County. She passed away peacefully at Jackson General Hospital on April 1, 2015, just two weeks short of her 95th birthday. Rubye is the last surviving sibling out of 11 children. Her Husband, Reverend James McTizic, preceded her in death.
