BREAKING NEWS: Shooting victim dies

Law enforcement officials have confirmed that Clarence Minter, 25, of Bolivar has died at The MED as a result of gunshot wounds he sustained on December 12. Minter, who was originally said to be in ‘stable condition’ at The MED after the shooting, ‘took a turn for the worst’ according to law enforcement. Minter’s family members notified officials this morning of Minter’s passing.

Minter was shot at approximately 3:30 a.m. on December 12 while sitting in the bedroom of a home on Fisher Street making music on the computer. Minter was shot in the face by a bullet that came through the window and struck him.
