Tomato contest held at Farmer’s Market

 UT Extension agents Lee Sammons and Katie Dees held a tomato contest at the Farmer’s Market in Bolivar  for tomato growers in the county to come out and show off their tomatoes.  Pictured from left to right: Mike Holland, who won in the smallest tomato division and Largest Tomato-Circumference, Lester Cox won in the Tastiest tomato division, David Johnson  won the Most Uniquely shaped division and Bill Dean won the Largest Tomato by weight division.  Thank you to all the winners and participants!
