Estes Church of Christ to host Annual Ladies’ Day

The Estes Church of Christ invites all ladies to hear Mallory Baker and Jennifer Webster speak on the topic “Life.Together. – Embracing Differences to Serve Effectively” at their Ladies’ Day Saturday, April 25. Baker and Webster are frequent speakers at ladies’ events and recently taught together at Polishing the Pulpit, a spiritual-renewal weekend in the Smoky Mountains.
“When working together, one person may be a planner and one person may be a dreamer. One person is artistic and spontaneous. One person works best if in charge; another works best if told what to do,” according to Baker and Webster. They will help attendees learn how to work together, and even embrace personality differences.
Mallory Baker, Wetumpka, Alabama, has been married to Rob Baker for almost 16 years. They met at FHU and she taught kindergarten at East Chester Elementary School in Henderson for one year. She home schools their four children and teaches for a home school co-op group. Her husband Rob is the graphic designer at Apologetics Press and works with youth at their local congregation. She loves sewing and teaching both children and adults.
Jennifer Webster, Lake Cormorant, Mississippi, teaches grammar and literature at Veritas Classical School. She is married to Wade Webster and has four children. She loves to read and enjoys trying Pinterest crafts and recipes.
Ladies’ Day begins with registration and refreshments at 9 a.m, and concludes with a lunch provided by the Estes ladies. Free babysitting is available for children five years and younger. The Estes Church of Christ is located at 3505 Hwy. 45 South in Henderson. For more information, see www.esteschurch.org  or the Estes Facebook page.
