'Sagging Pants' suspect arrested on drug charges

Antonio Cedarius Ammons, 18 of Bolivar, who was one of two suspects jailed in January on a charge of indecent exposure, after repeated warnings not to wear sagging pants at Bolivar Central High School, was arrested in January 24 for position of Schedule VI Drugs with Intent to Resale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Evading Arrest and Public Intoxication.
According to the BolivarĀ  Police Arrest Report, Ammons was a passenger in a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria driven by Christopher Jordan Wood, 21, of Bolivar. Officer Chris Williams pulled the vehicle over on Naylor St because there were no tag lights. After the stop, Woods stepped out of the vehicle and began reaching into his pocket. After being searched, a Colt 9mm was found in his possession, and he did not have a handgun permit. He was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a weapon, and No Tag Light.
